You can speak mind to mind with any magician you know, anywhere in the city, at no cost, and send images and your current sight along with the words. Every magician in range who is listening hears you; non-magicians never do. Listening is free out of combat and your action in it. Reaching farther than the city is a Spellcast Roll with a difficulty set by distance.
